For example, Beagle dogs are classified as either extensive metabolizers or poor metabolizers of cognitive enhancer drug 5-(3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(5-methyl1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydro-1,6-naphthyridine (AC-3933).
