Pothos are popular houseplants renowned for their attractiveness and hardiness. Pothos plants are an easy way to decorate with greenery and brighten your living space, but if you are a pet owner, beware. Despite their beauty, pothos are toxic to cats.

Basepaws Cat “Baby” was always a happy and healthy kitty. When the Basepaws Dental Health Test discovered that he was at medium risk for several feline dental conditions, Baby’s parents took him to the veterinarian, who uncovered a health issue that saved Baby’s life. We interviewed Corinne, Baby's guardian, and this is their story.
